Avila is proud to welcome Neil Connolly as Executive Chef at Avila Golf and Country Club. Neil was the Executive Chef for the Kennedy family at their Cape Cod compound for twelve years. He was the author of the famed book, In The Kennedy Kitchen, in which he discussed life on the compound and various recipes he utilized while serving the prominent family. Neil, whom Emeril Lagasse calls a mentor, has made frequent appearances on the hit cooking show, Emeril Live.
