While playing with Mike Bartoletta and Al Kreischer on April 17th,
Hunter McPhillips scored his first Ace with a one
on #8. He hit a 4-iron from 205 yards. Once he got the feeling,
he nearly made one a few days later on #5 when he hung his ball
on the lip.
Pastor Greg Powe had his lowest 9 holes ever with a 35 on the back
nine. He was playing with Terry Aidman on April 23rd when the feat
occurred. His final score of 77 was his best ever as well.
While playing in the Blue Tee Game on May 29, Kim Schwencke
made an ace on #8 from 190 yards.
On June 3rd, Jim Hurst was playing alongside his wife Suzanne when he aced #5 with a gap wedge. Congratulations!
This may be the most fantastic feat ever - Tony Ferguson
played the four Avila par 3's in one round in a total of 7 strokes.
After birdies on 5, 8, and 14, he aced #17 for a 2, 2, 2, 1! Congratulations
Tony! A week later, his wife Debbie made her first hole in one in
Kentucky!
